Just south of Zadar on a spacious property of over 2000 square meters, stay in this welcoming accommodation in a quiet location. For the children trampoline and swing are ready. Whether barbecue in the garden, swimming in the pool, a delicious breakfast outdoors or the trip to the nearby coast - here everything is prepared for a relaxing vacation time.



You'll be staying near national parks, the beautiful county seat of Zadar, and of course the enchanting Adriatic Sea with the islands of Ugljan or Pasman in sight. Set off by ferry for day trips to these island paradises, and go swimming, stop at restaurants, or go hiking. Vacations here will be as diverse as the region itself.

Just back from a wonderful week’s stay, perfect location for driving to the many beautiful towns ( Biograd, Vodice two lovely destinations) beaches and the city of Zadar. (And a 20 min drive from the airport easy to find even in the dark).We enjoyed having the cat for company, searching for the wild tortoise and watching the swifts dive for a drink at the pool. Lots of lovely fruit wine and beers for us which was very kind and much appreciated. September was cooler than the summer months but perfect for us , we experienced an impressive thunderstorm which meant the next day was rainy too, so we checked out the supernova mall in Zadar for a few hours, free parking and plenty shopping- dining options. Highly recommend visiting Zadar in the evening for the sunset. Be sure to bring jungle formula- deet; you will need it - we learned the hard way ( pharmacies stock sprays) and were eaten alive by mosquitoes! We checked in very late at night but this was not a problem and we didn’t have to check out early either as we were the last visitors for the season , so very accommodating and considerate. Thankyou for having us, it was a pleasure to meet you and your family😎

Die Gastfamilie hat uns ganz herzlich aufgenommen und uns liebevolle und fürsorgliche mit Tomaten Öl, Wein, Bohnen und Wassermelone versorgt. Vor allem die Tomaten haben uns sehr geschmeckt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Den Pool werden wir vermissen. Auch Kroatien und das Meer gefielen uns sehr. Unsere Tochter wird die Babys (Schildkröten, Küken) sehr vermissen.Leider hatten wir während der 14 Tage kein warm Wasser in der Küche, auch die Verabschiedung war sehr kühl und für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Sehr nette Vermieter, hatten bei unserer Ankunft frisches Obst auf dem Tisch stehen und bekamen zwischendurch Gurken und Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und wenn wir den Grill benutzt hatten, wurde auch dieser morgens sauber gemacht. Bei einem Fest des Vermieters, überraschte dieser uns mit einem leckeren Essen, welches er uns zur Terrasse brachte.Das Haus war sehr sauber, Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, sehr schöne Terrasse, so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen

... Waren 2 Wochen dort und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Mieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jeden Morgen in der Früh wurde der Pool sauber gemacht und die Terrasse abgefegt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist vor Ort ( ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg). Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Für uns als Familie ist es ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub gewesen. Das Haus oder die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert worden, der Pool ist einfach perfekt, der Vermieter mit seiner Familie ist sehr nett und freundlich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem kommt man schnell nach Zadar oder Biograd na Moru usw. ….für alle die gerne Städte besuchen. Es ist eine schöne ruhige Gegend zum Entspannen mit sehr lieben und Freundlichen Vermietern. Herzlichen Dank für alles und alles gute!!!
