For shared use: property (fenced), garden (fenced), swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking space n 4. Shop 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Miel y nata" 1 km, sandy beach 3.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 2 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
