The cabin was very comfortable and clean. It has a sitting area that allows a very nice view outside. The cabin is close to lake Gregory and the down town area, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The host is very accommodating and answers messages promptly. I highly recommend this cabin, my family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

The selection of this property was based on its description, which prominently featured a lush green lawn in the backyard, supported by appealing photographs. While alternative properties with superior amenities were available at a comparable price point, my decision was primarily driven by the desire to provide a suitable play area for my puppies. Upon arrival, I discovered that the backyard consisted solely of dirt and rocks. The property owner subsequently informed me that the grass had not survived the spring season, leading to a sense of deception regarding the listing's accuracy.Further compounding this issue, a neighbor, who introduced himself as a long-term resident of 50 years, approached me as I was preparing to depart. During our conversation, I inquired whether he had ever observed green grass on the property. He unequivocally stated that the property had never featured a green lawn and found the notion amusing. When presented with the listed photographs of the backyard, he identified them as unequivocally AI-generated. This revelation of being misled on two separate occasions has caused considerable distress and reflects poorly on business practices. Transparency and honesty are paramount in such transactions. The financial investment made in this property, under false pretenses, is a significant concern. Additionally, the interior of the house, while small and aesthetically pleasing, was minimally equipped, notably lacking a microwave.

Sorry you had a bad stay. After cleaning up your vomit and repairing the retaining wall that my neighbor watched you crash your truck into, I can finslly respond to this rude review. It seems as though your two big issues are that i don't have a microwave and that the grass wasn't green at the end of a hot july. I don't have a microwave. Thats true. The grass is dead in the summer and cut back to avoid fires. Feel free to reach out and I can show pictures from different times of the year where the grass is plentiful and green. Regardless, I not only made myself available to you, I responded to all of your texts telling me how great the place was. When you asked about the grass, you accused me of using AI photos and even then, I offered you compensation if you were not happy. You declined. I did everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible, but you are obviously one of those people that just likes to complain. We don't want you back as you left the place in bad shape and questioned our ethics. Enjoy wherever you stay next. I hope they have a microwave.
