Elegant vacation apartment for 1–2 people in the heart of Grömitz—just 200 meters from the beach

Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, this modern 43 m² vacation apartment on the 1st floor is ideal for 2 people. Your dog is also welcome!

The cozy bedroom features a comfortable double bed and blackout curtains. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair. The bathroom features a shower.

The apartment includes a modern kitchenette with an adjacent dining area and is complemented by a spacious, furnished balcony—perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The spacious guest garden also offers a grill, as well as plenty of seating and lounging areas for relaxation.

A private parking space right next to the house ensures a stress-free arrival. A storage area behind the house is available for bicycles you bring along. You can also use the on-site sauna upon request and for a fee—ideal for rounding out your vacation!


Complex:

In a prime location, just 200 m from the promenade and the beach, the "Solaris" apartment building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. It’s just a few steps to the town center!

The vacation complex consists of a spacious two-story vacation home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.

Each apartment features a bright, nearly new shower room as well as a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.

Accessibility:
There is an elevator in the building housing the individual apartments. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the vacation apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.

You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that runs on €0.50 coins. A laundry room is also available; this also requires €0.50 coins.

A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the vacation home even has two parking spaces).
