We had a different booking that got canceled on the way down to Kissimmee. We booked this the day before we got there with no issues! The manager text for our IDs then keep communication going through the app to make sure everything was good with the house after check in. I was thankful they had changed out the white sofa and white chairs. White in a rental just worried me with a family for a week. The house was clean and located close to the gates. The pool was great with lots of chairs and tanning space!

Overall our stay was great. Just a few hiccups. Property was supposed to be ready by 4p to check in to but the cleaning crew was still there when we showed up at 630p. Not a big deal, we just ran to the store and shopped for our trip. They we done when we got back. The washer or dryer left some black marks on our clothes and made terrible noises. We had to make another trip to the store to get stain remover but that worked when we washed then again so I'm not sure if it was from the previous people that stayed there. The owner was super quick to respond and even allowed a late check it without extra payment due to the check in time issue! We would stay again!
