🌅 Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur a fee.

👥 Occupancy
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Only registered guests are permitted overnight.
No parties, events, or large gatherings — resort security strictly enforces this.

🚭 Smoking
No smoking at the condo or on the balcony.
A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any smoke odor removal.

🐾 Pets
We love furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this unit.

🏖️ Resort & Beach Access
Please respect quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM) and follow posted pool and beach rules.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available seasonally through a local beach chair rental company, found at the bottom of the board walk and can be booked day of.

🧼 During Your Stay
Please treat the condo as you would your own home.
No sand in showers or sinks — rinse off before coming inside.
Do not move furniture or remove linens/towels from the unit.
Dispose of trash in the designated resort bins.

🔑 Departure
Load and start the dishwasher.
Place used towels in the bathtub.
Double-check for personal belongings before checkout.
Lock the door and message us once you’ve departed.

🚨 Additional Notes
Any damage, broken items, or HOA violations may result in additional charges.
Unauthorized late checkout will incur a $100 per hour fee.
Security cameras are present at resort entrances for safety.
