The one-room apartment on the second floor offers approximately 32 m² of living space and accommodates two people. The combined living and sleeping area is equipped with an automatically extending double bed, a cable LCD TV, and a separate dining area. The integrated kitchen area is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom features a shower and toilet.

The furnished balcony offers a beautiful view of the Wadden Sea. A parking space in the underground garage is available for vehicles up to a maximum height of 1.50 m. Additionally, a parking space in the large open-air parking lot across the street—which is visible from the apartment—can be used free of charge. A deposit is required for the parking ticket, which will be fully refunded upon departure.



The Jan am Strand residence is an apartment building located directly behind the dike and in close proximity to the wide Döser sandy beach. All apartments feature a balcony, either with a view of the Wadden Sea and the international shipping lane or of the dike.
In the building’s basement, in addition to the underground parking garage, there is a lockable communal bike storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
The H&P reception desk is just a few steps away. Bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
