Inside, the apartment offers a bright and soothing atmosphere, designed with simple, modern touches that create a comfortable space to recharge after a day outdoors. The layout includes two bedrooms—one with a cozy queen-sized bed and the other with a spacious king-sized bed that also houses the full bathroom, so access to the bath is through this room. The bathroom features a shower and tub, perfect for rinsing off after sandy beach days. The kitchen is compact yet well-equipped with a refrigerator, two-burner stovetop, microwave, and all the basic cookware you’ll need, while a four-seat dining table provides a convenient spot for meals, coffee, or games. In the living area, a Roku TV lets you stream your favorite content using your own accounts, adding a touch of home entertainment during your stay.
Step outside to the shared courtyard, where a pool, sun loungers, and a casual seating area create a welcoming space to relax under the sun or unwind in the evening. A designated parking space is included for your convenience, and a shared laundry facility nearby makes longer stays hassle-free.

• This is a self check-in property. A door access code will be provided closer to your arrival date to allow entry into the unit.

This will only be in the form of an authorisation hold on your card and it will be released within 7 working days after check-out should there be no incidentals to be incurred.
• Please note that smoking is NOT permitted indoors
• No daily housekeeping is provided
• Minimum booking age is 18.

* Guests may be asked to present valid ID and booking confirmation.
* Only the registered guest may check in first; companions cannot enter beforehand.
**3. Property Access**
* Guests may use all unlocked areas.
* Locked or marked staff areas are off-limits.
* One assigned parking space is included with your stay.
**4. Occupancy Limits**
* Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number stated in your reservation.
* Violations may result in cancellation without refund.
**5. Visitors**
* Short visits from friends are okay.
* **Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed** unless approved in advance.
**6. Parties & Events**
* Strictly **no parties, events or gatherings** allowed.
* Keep music and gatherings low-key and respectful.
* Respect your neighbors and other guests who are trying to enjoy their vacation.
* Any violation or non-cooperation may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund, termination of your stay, and possible loss of deposit.

* Unauthorized pets will result in penalties.
**8. Smoking**
* **No smoking indoors.**
* Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas—please dispose of waste properly.
* Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a **$500 fine**, along with any additional cleaning or damage charges if applicable.
**9. Cleanliness & Trash**
* Please bag and dispose of trash in designated bins.
* Use liners for small bins.
* Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
**10. Property Condition & Inspections**
* Management reserves the right to enter the property for emergencies, necessary repairs, inspections, or other urgent matters.
* We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with guests in advance whenever possible.
* Violations of rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
**11. Security Deposit**
* A refundable deposit is required prior to check-in.
* It will be returned if:
* No damage or missing items
* No rule violations
* Property is left in reasonable condition
Additional cleaning or damages will be deducted as needed.
**12. Check-Out Responsibilities**
Before leaving, please:
* Check that all doors and windows are securely locked
* Return furniture to original placement
* Dispose of trash properly
* Gather all personal belongings
* Inform us once you’ve checked out
**13. Late Departure**
Failure to vacate on time may result in charges up to **2× the daily rate**, depending on circumstances. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and approval, and a late check-out fee will apply. It must be requested at least **24 hours in advance** by contacting us.
