Important Before Arrival – Mandatory Online Check-In

All guests must complete a mandatory online check-in prior to arrival. This step is required before we`re able to share your check-in details, including access instructions. For security reasons, failure to complete the online check-in may result in denial of entry, as we reserve the right of admission. A valid government-issued ID or passport is required and must be presented at reception upon arrival.

Welcome to this newly renovated 5th-floor waterfront studio, thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. The space accommodates up to 2 guests with a comfortable bed dressed in fresh linens, with a rollout available upon request for a 3rd guest.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. High-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and air conditioning ensure a comfortable and connected experience. Connecting units are available — ideal for larger groups or families traveling together. Inquire for details.

As part of the exclusive Condado Lagoon Villas, guests enjoy full access to community amenities including a private pool, hot tub, laundry room, full generator, water tank, 24-hour security, and concierge services.

Starter Kit

Starter kit includes 1 towel per guest, 1 beach towel per guest, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish sponge, and 1 bottle of dish soap. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay.

Security Deposit

A refundable $150 USD security deposit is required per reservation. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and no damages or additional charges are identified.
