Welcome to your perfect Black Butte Ranch getaway—designed with families in mind and ideally located just a short stroll from the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center. This home is well maintained, clean, and organized, with everything you need to enjoy your time away.

The spacious and inviting 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers a thoughtful layout with the primary bedroom conveniently located on the main level, creating a comfortable and private retreat. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a full bath, plus a cozy open sleeping loft with a futon. The house is equipped with central AC to help keep you cool during some of the warmer summer weeks, and with central heat and a pellet stove to keep you warm in winter. (SPECIAL NOTE: for bookings after September 2026 the upstairs bedroom with queen and twin trundle will be converted to a quad twin/bunk room and will be pictured at that time).

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare family meals and gather around the table after a day of exploring. You will find basic cooking spices, oils, tea, and coffee to enjoy during your stay. During the warmer months, step out onto the outdoor deck to enjoy peaceful summer evenings sitting in the Ponderosa Pines and surrounded by the beauty of Central Oregon.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer for your convenience and a 2-car garage—ideal for storing bikes, golf clubs, and all your outdoor gear.

The location of the home is an IDEAL basecamp for all of your adventures and you’ll love being just a few minutes’ walk from the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center with the bike path at the end of the driveway offering endless opportunities to explore all that Black Butte Ranch has to offer.

Black Butte Ranch is the Northwest's premier vacation destination with miles of trails and endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and other recreation like golf, hiking, biking, swimming and horseback riding all within the Resort.

For those who choose to adventure away from the Ranch, the possibilities are endless for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. A few favorite attractions to try:

Metolius River and Camp Sherman: 5-10 minutes
Suttle and Scout Lake: 15 minutes

Pets are not allowed in this home, and owners do not bring pets into the home. Property is owner managed.

*Quiet hours are enforced at Black Butte Ranch to maintain a peaceful setting
*Maximum occupancy and parking limits must be followed at all times
*No motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs allowed
*No RVs, motorhomes, or trailers permitted on property
*Absolutely no wood-burning or open fires are allowed anywhere on the Ranch.
