Thank you for taking the time to offer a rating. I am sorry that we fell short of a 5-star experience during your stay which we genuinely strive for with each and every guest. I do hope your stay was pleasant nonetheless :)

Reviews like these make my day. Thank you so much for sharing your detailed experience for others to see. You may have been the first in all these years to mention the amazing stars and that really tickled me since 2 in our family feel the very same and make a ritual out of the first class star-gazing opportunity, lol. It would be wonderful to have you back so please come again! Nichole :)

Awww, I didn't know you are newlyweds! What a blessing to have you both stay AND I want you to know that our housekeeper said you did a beyond fantastic job in check-out procedure.
