From the airport, Uber or Lyft typically runs $45–$70 from PBI, $80–$110 from Fort Lauderdale, and $100–$140 from Miami, again depending on traffic and surge pricing. No smoking inside
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere in the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy
For all reservations with stays of 30 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
