Very nice accommodations. Quiet neighborhood, but close to a lot of amenities and wonderful beaches. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Delray

We really enjoyed our stay in Delray. The pool was fantastic, the townhouse was spacious and great for our family group. Communication was wonderful and we will definitely look for this location again on future trips!

Beautiful house, missing a few basics

The house was located in a great location. Close to restaurants, 10 min from nightlife (Atlantic ave). I was a little disappointed because the listing showed a pool which I assumed was private for this particular house. It was a community pool. We would stay here again....they have everything needed for a fantastic beach vacation! Looked just as the pictures and everything was so clean. Home is close to everything, pool, beach, dining. We had a great stay and would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Myself and two buddies came down for a fishing trip. Communication with Alan before our trip was very clear and understanding of our late arrival day of check in. Located in a great area close to everything. Never had to wait more than 10 to have an Uber driver there to pick us up. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located. Owners very responsive to questions. Safe neighborhood

Property very spacious. Clean. Neighbors very friendly introducing themselves. Had an issue with leaky toilet, contacted owner and it was fixed within 2 hours. Would stay there again.

Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful time! Great little house in a very nice neighborhood that is great for walking. Short 5 minute drive to a public beach and very close driver to grocery stores and other restaurants. House was well stocked and had everything we needed.

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay here in Delray very much. It was perfect for our needs, and wish we could have stayed even longer! Alan was readily available when things like the alarm system and locks were compromised by accident. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable home. Very responsive owners with very easy to follow instructions. One slight downside, mattress in master bedroom was too soft.

Just as advertised

The owner could not have been nicer. Great communication, especially when we accidentally set off the home alarm three times when we arrived. The neighbors and police were super nice as well ha ha Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend the home, location and owners.

Awesome!

We had a wonderful vacation here! Everything was great. The hosts were very attentive. We had a fun time at the beaches, local attractions and pool. (Hint: to access pool, press down on the tall pole on the gate.) We loved every minute! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Beautiful condo

Immaculately clean, modern and comfortable. Beautiful area as well. Owner was very accessible and accommodating. Our only complaint was that the ad is a bit misleading and doesnt state clearly that this is a condo with neighbors connected on both sides.

Excellent Stay

We couldn't have asked for better renters. Alan and Andrea responded immediately when we had any issues. It was in a great neighborhood and the tenants were fabulous. The only issue was on google maps it doesn't give correct direction to the house and we had to figure out how to get to the street by ourselves not any reflection on the owners.

Lovely Place

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this property, this year! It is beautiful inside and the pics represent it well. Host responds promptly and the neighbors are friendly. There's everything you need including bikes and a basketball goal in the garage. My grandtwins both play and loved practicing. And don't miss out on the pool!! Will most certainly be back!!

Best Neighborhood Ever

My business partner and I went down for the Barrett Jackson Car auction recently. The property was as advertised and the host was very responsive on all counts. This is a condo style building with neighbors on both sides and they are awesome as well. Everyone is so nice. The place was quiet and would make a great place to retire. Anything you may need is right there! I will definitely recommend to others. They even have a crib in one room for the little ones.

Lovely home, great communication, excellent area.

We loved our time at the Delray Beach Getaway. We have three children, 8, 6 and 3. There was plenty of toys, puzzles, games and such setup for them. Lots of iguanas around too! The pool was nice, it's conveniently located around many major grocery stories, coffee shops, restaurants etc. We frequented Gulfstream Park. We're already looking at dates for Winter : ). Alan and I spoke quite a bit during our stay, he was very responsive and kind. I highly recommend staying here.

Family Visit

I'm a Memaw visiting my grandtwins. The house was perfect. Both boys play basketball and there was a basketball hoop in the garage that they loved! And the neighbors didn't mind them playing at all! The 3 bedrooms were great for when they stayed over. We borrowed a TV for one of the bedrooms so all of us could relax to some TV at night. The master bed was super comfortable. Every single thing you needed was available. I definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Delray Beach area!

Bedroom furniture

I have noticed when I rent places that the lack of furniture in the bedrooms. There were no dressers in either of the 2 bedrooms, so we had nowhere to put our clothes if we wanted to unpack the suitcase. I have also noticed that theshowers (that are not stalls) have no grippy stuff on the floor of the showers so it makes it very dangerous to take a shower. I see there is a mat to put in the tub, but was not sure how clean that was. The shower stall in the master bedroom was great.

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are just a little over a mile to the closest public beach, and two and a half miles to the busy Atlantic Avenue. The house is walking distance to shops, grocery, and restaurants. The townhouse is equipped with all you would need to enjoy some time away, including wifi and cable.
