Welcome to a modern beachside paradise just steps from the famed Venice Canals and pristine sands of Venice Beach. Walk to some of LA’s buzziest West Side restaurants and wine bars, stroll the shops of Abbott Kinney, or take out kayaks and paddle boards from Mother’s Beach down the way. Enjoy private moments in the lush front yard, kick back in the expansive sun-filled common spaces, or escape to the beach for a sunset picnic. Here’s to the good life!

This stunning home features an open floor plan with an abundance of natural light streaming through soaring two-story living room windows. The first level includes a powder room, a dining area, and a modern kitchen perfect for entertaining.

On the second floor, you’ll find designer bathrooms and three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including an oversized primary suite. The primary suite is a true retreat, complete with a spa bathroom, a walk-in closet, and breathtaking views of the canals and the Hollywood Hills.

Perfect for summer in California, this private oasis is ideally located just a short walk from world-class restaurants, shopping, the vibrant Venice boardwalk, a scenic bike path, and trendy Abbott Kinney Boulevard—voted the coolest street in Los Angeles. Plus, you`re only one block away from the ocean, making it easy to enjoy the sun, surf, and sand.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the 1 private parking space. Please note this home is a duplex, and the garage is shared with the second unit. There is a gardener that will need to access the outdoor space weekly for service.

When visiting Venice Beach, you are entering the most walkable and bike friendly city in all of Los Angeles. We recommend exploring the great restaurant scene on Abbot Kinney, Rose Ave and Main/Pacific, as well as on the boardwalk. There has been a revival of the restaurant scene, and the shopping has always been top notch, especially on Abbot Kinney.

Be sure to walk Abbot Kinney, especially on the weekends, if you want to see a great example of the vibrancy of this community. If you’re up for a bike ride, take the path North all the way to the start of Malibu, or there is a secret path through Marina Del Rey that can take you all the way down on a bike path to Redondo.

We recommend walking the walk streets, and seeing all of the unique architecture throughout the entire community. The canals are also worth checking out to view the unique history of Venice Beach.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

This property has a private spa that can be heated at an additional cost. A minimum of two consecutive days of heating is required, and payment must be arranged prior to arrival. Please reach out to our team in advance to arrange.

24 Hour Communication: Our team is available 24/7 while you`re staying with us. If anything comes up during your stay, day or night, you`ll always be able to reach a real person via text, app or phone call.

Please note, the fireplace is currently undergoing repair and non-operational.

Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

The Open Air ecosystem also includes both Property Management and Real Estate. Our experienced agents in Southern California at OpenAiRE Brokerage are specifically trained at helping our clients find the ideal vacation home that can be monetized when not in use. Our local, experienced agents are readily available to take you on a tour of homes to get to know the community.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
