Guest access
Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, outdoor spaces, and amenities. The property is fully equipped for a comfortable and private experience, so you can relax, cook, entertain, and enjoy the space as if it were your own.

✔Guests have exclusive access to the home.
✔Doors lock automatically—ensure everyone has the code.
✔Security cameras are installed outside: front door, driveway, backyard, and main deck.
✔Alarm panel: Do not change settings.
✔Weather and mountain conditions may occasionally affect Wi-Fi, power, or services. These are rare; we appreciate your patience.

✔Hot tub contractor visits every 2 weeks for maintenance; may occur during your stay. They will not enter the house.
✔Shower before and after using the hot tub. Not recommended for children, elderly, or sensitive skin. Swimwear is recommended. Use at your own discretion.

✔Spa and snow removal crews may visit; they only work outside and will not disrupt your stay. Notify us if you prefer no visits during your stay.

✔Winter: street parking prohibited; park in garage/driveway.
✔Snow removal tools are in the garage. Snow removal service clears driveway, walkways, and decks after storms >4 inches.
✔Watch for ice on driveways, decks, and stairs. Use handrails for safety.

✔2 Recreation Center passes included: lap pool, spas, fitness center, and summer tennis/pickleball courts. Daily fees may apply for additional access.
✔Free shuttle to/from the Village during winter and summer.
✔Village offers dining, shopping, spa services, movies, and skating.
✔Spring/Fall: Limited services as some facilities operate on modified schedules.
✔Timberline Lift is at the end of the cul-de-sac; operation depends on weather and snow conditions.

⚜Guests are responsible for following the house rules. Any damages, missing items, or rule violations may incur additional fees.⚜

‣ A matching government-issued valid ID is required after booking and before check-in instructions are shared.

‣ Guests with limited or no review history may be required to provide a $2,000 refundable security deposit, which will be fully returned after checkout if the home is left in good condition and no extra cleaning or damages are noted.
