Great stay, perfect family house and backyard views

Enjoyed the stay and really enjoyed the layout of the house and it being dog friendly. One highlight not shared but enjoyed was the night sky view from the back patio with two large pines as silhouettes along with access at night to walk the golf course by walking out your back yard. Excellent stay.

Lovely family friendly home in a peaceful setting.

Our family age range from 2 to 59. The home was a comfortable setting to relax and enjoy walks with the family dog and game nights. If we ever head back to Truckee we will definitely stay at this property again.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay at Caleb, great location, the cabin was very clean and had all the amenities. We will definitely stay here again, Tahoe Getaways was also a nice group to work with and highly recommend.

Beautiful house, great location

This house was nicely decorated and well laid out for our two families with kids 6-12. There was plenty of room to spread out and the kids loved the bunk/hang out room. It was very clean and spacious with a large kitchen. We appreciated the mud room attached to the garage to unload all our gear every day after skiing. We love Old Greenwood for its location to Truckee and the various ski resorts. We look forward to staying at this house again!

Great family house!

Easy check in and gathering of information. Kitchen and house fully stocked and clean. Lots of areas for the family to have fun. There is a house being built right next door but the noise was minimal. The club had closed the kids pool for refurbishment so may be good to ask about when that will be completed- adult pool is open and they are allowing children while under construction.

Great property

The property was beautiful. Even better than the photo's. It's very cozy and was well stocked for cooking meals at home. We just had two couples staying at the house, but it proved a great space to work from home without disturbing each other. There is no hot tub (not even at the clubhouse) so I'm not sure why it's in the title of the property. But it's still a great find if you want an upscale home with plenty of space.

Excellent House with Golf Course View

We had a lovely time in Caleb's Cabin. This house is modern with nice touches that add to the experience. The rooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make complete meals. Everything felt like home and was as advertised and as expected. We had a wedding group and it couldn't have gone off any smoother using Caleb's as a home base. Everything worked and everything we needed was provided. Thanks for the puzzle and games. Also, our dog was allowed which was the deal breaker. Thanks for a wonderful stay. PS-Little plastic product bottles are not eco-friendly hence, thankfully not provided. So plan on bringing your own shampoo and body gel. They do tell you this up front.

We enjoyed the location; the house was clean and well stocked. Your staff was responsive. However, for the price we paid for a "premium" rental, we did have some disappointments. 1. The actual furniture is not the same that was in the pictures. The actual furniture was not as nice as the advertised. That's misleading. You should update your photos. 2. The snow shoveling job around the entrance to the house and garage was terrible. Lumpy and narrow paths; piles of snow; could barely park two cars. 3. We had no access to the BBQ. It should have been cleared so we could use. 4. None of the patio furniture was cleared away before winter so it looked a mess. Half buried pieces right outside of the master bedroom and living room. 5. The garage was dirty. 6. All of the prior weeks garbage was not picked up. I have pictures I'd be happy to send to you if you'd like. Art King

Nice rental. Basic amenities. Not well cleaned before our arrival. Very dusty and floors were dirty. Unable to use the clubhouse facilities which I was unaware of. Great golf course.

Great place but some issues

The property was well equipped and spacious for our family of 10. However, the process to access passes to the HOA amenities was confusing due to lack of communication. Also, the bbq was out of fuel the one time we tried to use it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing, spotless, comfortable and in a beautiful setting. More than enough amenities for the week. Two deer wandered on to the patio one night at dusk much to our grandsons' delight. We really appreciated the distance from the other homes for a quiet stay. Our families enjoyed the pools at the Pavilion and eating at the cafe. King's Beach was close enough for a day at the lake, Truckee river rafting was close as was Donner Lake. And of course, sitting around the fire pit was a must. I highly recommend this home.
