Your property is bright, modern, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable urban stay, featuring city views and a clean, contemporary layout. The open-concept design connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a functional and inviting space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and cookware, including a coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and cooking utensils. High-speed WiFi and smart TVs are provided, along with an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.
Location & Neighborhood:
• 3-minute walk to Brightline Miami Station with fast connections to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando

As required by building management, guests must submit a photo of their government-issued ID and the full names of all occupants prior to arrival. Upon arrival, guests will check in with the front desk for identity verification and elevator access, and a self check-in code for the apartment will be sent to the primary guest in advance. All guests must be 18 years of age or older, and any minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.
Valet parking may be available at the building at its own rates. Additional nearby parking options may also be available depending on availability.
Check-in: Starts at 3 PM and is available 24 hours, as long as you complete your pre-registration in advance by 9 PM.
Check-out: Before 10 AM
A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM, as additional time is required to prepare the property for the next guest.
