The second bedroom features a twin bed with a trundle underneath, offering flexible sleeping arrangements that work great for families or groups. With a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of living space, this condo has everything you need to settle in and stay a while.
Packing light is easy here. All linens are taken care of — sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bath mats are all provided. You'll also find a starter supply of toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels, plus cooking basics like spices, oil, and coffee supplies to get your first morning started right. Cleaning supplies are available in the unit as well.

Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:
Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout.
No Smoking Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not.
Noise Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Quiet hours: 10pm-6am
