Enjoy relaxing family evenings in the cozy living area on the large corner sofa or in an armchair in front of the TV (HD), watching a Blu-ray or DVD, or listening to music on the modern hi-fi system.
Wi-Fi is also available.

The bright, inviting kitchenette is well-equipped and includes, among other things, an oven, a 4-burner stovetop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Of course, dishes and dish towels are also provided here.

Also on the first floor is the modern bathroom with a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, heated floors, and a towel warmer. Additionally, the first floor features a storage room with a washing machine, a coat rack, and closets.

Upstairs are the two spacious bedrooms and a guest restroom with a toilet and sink.
One of the bedrooms features a 2 x 2-meter double bed, and the room offers enough space to set up a travel crib.
The other bedroom has two single beds, each measuring 1 x 2 meters.

Upon request, we can provide a dog bed complete with a pillow and bowls.
It comes in three different sizes and costs €5.00 per night.

You’ll really get into the vacation spirit on the large, sheltered terrace. A beautiful, spacious, fenced-in garden surrounds the house, offering plenty of room for our human and animal guests to play, run around, and soak up the sun.

One parking space is available free of charge.
