Pack your swimsuits and let’s go! The apartment is located just about 500 meters from the fine-sand beach. The Dünenmeile (pedestrian zone), with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops, is about a 10-minute walk away.
Accommodations
Two guests can enjoy a peaceful vacation in this apartment; please note that children are not permitted. The apartment in Scharbeutz features high-quality, modern furnishings. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed (1.80 meters wide) and a closet with plenty of space for all your clothes. The small but well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, etc.) and is easily accessible from the adjacent dining area. The open-concept living area features a smart TV and a cozy seating area; from here, you can step out onto the furnished balcony with an awning, where you can perfectly wind down the evening after a long day at the beach. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. The washing machine and dryer in the communal laundry room can be used for a fee.

Crime thrillers or romances: The Smart TV in the living room is ready to provide the perfect evening entertainment—you won’t have to miss out on your favorite series even while on vacation. The stereo system ensures top-notch sound quality.

The 44 m² of space is optimally utilized with high-quality and cozy furnishings, leaving nothing to be desired. Floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the balcony let plenty of sunlight into the apartment. The design is classic and timeless, so both young and old will feel right at home here.
Parking & Bicycles
So you don’t have to search for a parking spot while on vacation, there’s a reserved carport space right next to the house. Bicycles can be stored in the bike garage or under the carport.

The mandatory visitor’s tax (for guests 18 years and older) is not included in the nightly rate and will be charged separately. Please feel free to contact us in advance to inquire about prices. The price range is between €1.90 and €3.50 per night per person.
Please note that children are not permitted in this vacation rental.
