A modern and luxurious newly built vacation villa in the vacation paradise of Empuriabrava, featuring 4 bedrooms, a beautiful terrace, garden, and pool. This vacation villa offers all the comforts you need to enjoy your vacation. The villa features a cozy living/dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds (all with satellite TV and air conditioning)—one of which is en suite—and 3 bathrooms. The villa is equipped with: air conditioning in all rooms, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, cable/satellite TV, electric shutters, and parking for 2 cars. Thanks to the villa’s central location, shops, restaurants, and the beautiful golden-sand beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. Empuriabrava and its surroundings offer unlimited recreational opportunities, such as skydiving, all kinds of water sports, and golf, as well as a wide range of cultural attractions like the Dalí Museum in Figueres, the ruins of Ampurias, and the Sant Pere de Rodes Monastery. Outdoor Area: Terrace with a dining table for eight people, swimming pool with steps, and an outdoor shower. The villa can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday! Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented from us. Prices: Bed linens: €12.00 per person. Towel package: €10.00 per person. You must bring your own large beach towels. The villa must be left clean. For longer stays (outside the peak season), we’d be happy to provide you with a special offer.

Les prestations de la maison sont de bonnes qualité, elle est très bien placée (commerces de proximité, accès au centre)L’accueil et le check-out se sont très bien déroulés, la communication avec l’hôte a été très fluide.

Nous étions 2 familles de 4 et n’avons pas eu l’impression d’être les uns sur les autres. La maison a tout le confort (clim, volets roulant électriques partout, lits kingsize de très bonne qualité, LL, SL…). Il y a suffisamment de rangement. Les 3 salles d’eau sont très appréciables pour 8. Les pièces de vie et la cuisine sont très bien équipées, même si nous avons passé notre temps sur la terrasse auprès de la piscine. Ses dimensions 6X3,5 sont très bien pour faire des petites parties de volley ball car la profondeur max est d’1m50. Idéal pour les plus jeunes qui peuvent ainsi avoir pied partout. A notre arrivée l’eau était d’une clarté incroyable et l’est restée tout le séjour. Pas d’ entretien à faire par les locataires (ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas). Là, tout est automatisé et c’est très appréciable. Seule condition à respecter; ne pas se baigner avec de la crème solaire. La douche extérieure est d’ailleurs là pour se rincer du sable et de la crème avant d’y entrer. Top ! L’espace extérieur est épuré et dispose de suffisamment de transats, tous en bon état. On a apprécié l’ombre créée par la pergola en bois pour manger le midi. Le voisinage est assez proche mais n’a pas été gênant pour nous. Hormis 1 chien ou 2 dans le quartier qui ont pu aboyer quelques minutes un soir ou deux, et le survol de 3 petits avions pour les sauts en parachute en fin de matinée, le quartier est très calme. Les hôtes sont arrangeants et de confiance. On relouera les yeux fermés ! Merci à eux

Cette location frôle la perfection. Propriétaires très sympathiques, lieu calme à 20mn de la plage. Prévoyez plutôt vos oreillers.

Lieber Gast, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Unser Haus wird vor jeder Anreise gründlich gereinigt. Nach Ihrer Rückmeldung wollten wir sofort ein Reinigungsteam vorbeischicken, was jedoch leider von Ihnen abgelehnt wurde. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gepflegt, war in Ihrem Fall jedoch durch starken Regen kurzfristig verschmutzt. Ein kurzer Anruf hätte genügt, und unser Team wäre umgehend gekommen, um das zu beheben. Die Fugen in den Duschen sind bereits in Arbeit und werden zeitnah erneuert. Leider verfärben sich die Fugen durch die dauerhafte Feuchtigkeit schnell, auch wenn sie regelmäßig gereinigt werden. Unser Team vor Ort ist stets bemüht, auf alle Wünsche und Anliegen unserer Gäste einzugehen – in der Regel noch am selben Tag. Mit freundlichen Grüßen --- Möchtest du, dass ich die Formulierung noch etwas wärmer und gastfreundlicher mache (z. B. für Airbnb oder Booking)?

Gut. - Kein Gasgrill- Der Holzgrill ist nicht gut und macht viel Dreck. Es gibt keine geeignete Stelle für den Grill. Bei Benutzung riskiert man den Boden zu verdrecken.- Zu wenig Küchenhandtücher (2 für eine Woche)

Mooi groot net huis met alle gemakken

Mooi huis ! Grote ruimtes , ideaal voor 2 gezinnen . Hoop Duitsers in de buurt Enigste minpunt: douche ( cabines ) zijn niet waterdicht Man en vrouw die de sleutel overhandigen ook erg aardig! Kortom een geweldig Verblijf gehad !

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut ein tolles Haus sauber und sehr freundlich. Einzige Kritikpunkt das weder vor dem Eingang noch bei der Terrasse es eine Überdachung gab um bei schlechtem Wetter draußen zu sitzen .
