BEWARE
NOVASOL are horrible to work with. If you attempt to contact them via VRBO messaging, they will ignore your messages for months at a time. They will refuse to rent bed linens and towels to you, even though they don't provide them. They will also accuse you of 'not contacting them immediately' with issues, even though their internal booking system lists an out of date phone number and does not list their hours of operation for the chat system. Good luck.
The property is filthy. Don't pay for the cleaning because they aren't doing it anyways. The floors haven't been washed in MONTHS, there are ants all over the property, and because it is vacant for long periods, and NOVASOL doesn't prepare it like they're supposed to, there are spiders in every corner of every room. The mattresses are stained. The main floor bathroom door handle fell off immediately. The hot water heater leaks and had a bowl underneath. The master bed's en suite bathroom door doesn't close unless you lift the entire door and shove it. NOVASOL claimed these were normal and could not be fixed, but did re-attach the bathroom door handle. The trash was overflowing in the bins for our entire stay and got emptied right at the end. The Wi-Fi cut out several times during our stay. And worst of all, after having to clean the entire house upon arrival and departure and having to vacuum bugs multiple times every day, I'm going to get charged for the electricity usage.
Run. The views are not worth it!
