• The main home's amenities (upper deck, hot tub, and fire pit) are not included with this reservation.
• BoHouse is an evolving property, with periodic updates and new photography. Because artwork is available for purchase and occasional improvements are made, minor details may differ from the photos shown.
• Lawn maintenance takes place every other Thursday.
• The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Nestled along the Savannah marsh on a quiet cul-de-sac, it feels peaceful and removed from the hustle and bustle, yet it's only about 15 minutes from both historic downtown Savannah and Tybee Island.

What we love most is the ever-changing marsh landscape. The tides transform the view throughout the day, bringing beautiful light, incredible sunsets, and abundant birdlife, including herons, egrets, and other coastal wildlife. It’s a place where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the marsh come alive or unwind in the evening as the sun sets over the water.

The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and ideal for guests looking to relax, reconnect with nature, and experience the beauty of Georgia’s Lowcountry while remaining close to Savannah’s restaurants, shops, and attractions.

BoHouse (Bohemian House) is a one-of-a-kind marsh-front retreat that combines the character of a custom-designed home with the comfort and amenities of a luxury getaway. What makes it especially unique is that it was lovingly remodeled and expanded by my husband, our two sons, and me, a true family labor of love.

Our goal is to create more than just a place to stay—we want BoHouse to be a memorable experience and a place where guests can relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories together.
