気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Did not stay here. We were supposed to check-in at 3pm. Messaged host the day before to get details on how to access the unit. No response. Messaged again just before 3pm on check-in day. No response. Messaged again after the check-in time. No response. Called Vrbo. They called the unit owner who told us to call someone else. That person said the u it had been double booked. They didn’t even have the decency to let me know that ahead of time so I could have found a different place to stay. They then canceled my reservation and said I didn’t meet the age requirement so they could get out of their mistake. Not ok. We had to book another place 45 minutes away and our trip was ruined.
