You're minutes from Lake Chatuge, the local Pickleball Complex across from the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, and nearby to Brasstown Bald. This spacious 3-bedroom home with a finished basement that sleeps 10 guests comfortably has an area for entertaining at the bar while playing pool, enjoying the hot tub or fire table outside. There's also a sleeper sofa to accommodate sleeping in the entertainment room if needed.

Enjoy the “wow” views from the covered upper deck or relax on the patio after a day of hiking, boating, or exploring. Evenings are magical at sunset and a great way to wind down the day around the fire table or in the hot tub under a star-filled sky.

The lower level features a pool table, large bar with sink, mini fridge, and a TV area with pull-out couch for optional sleeping. The main level offers an open living, kitchen, and dining space designed to take full advantage of the mountain views.

Start laundry with load of towels. Strip used bed sheets and leave on it's bed. Load and start dishwasher. Confirm fire table and hot tub are turned off. Remove all bagged trash to outdoor trash can.
