This is a beautiful house with fantastic finishes that was newly built in 2022. It's a short stroll to the beach, with a private pool. The house has four primary suites, all with King beds, and huge luxury bathrooms. The Bunk Room has 6 built-in twin beds, and its own attached huge bathroom. The house is a 3-story with an elevator.
The Kitchen and Great Room combine to create a huge open space on the third floor with room for the whole group to gather. Sliding doors open to the third-floor deck overlooking the pool with amazing views of Grayton and the ocean. Spiral stairs lead to a fourth level deck at the rooftop for even more spectacular views of Grayton, and the dunes of Grayton Beach State Park. The deck has a built-in grill and fridge, convenient for grilling near the kitchen.
The luxury chef's kitchen has Viking appliances including oversized fridge and freezer, and an 8-burner range. There's also a full-size wine/beverage cooler, ice maker, and two dishwashers. A giant island provides great seating space. Tip: Bring in your own chef to prepare an amazing dinner for your whole group. We can provide our recommendation!
The Pool gets afternoon shade and has plenty of in-water bench seating, making it the perfect spot to cool down after a day at the beach. The poolside Screened-in Porch has its own built-in grill and fridge. Fire up the grill by the pool! It has a large seating area, with a TV over the fireplace, and another square table perfect for Mahjong or other games.
The house has blazing fast and reliable Starlink internet at 200 mbps speed. (Warning: the commonly used internet service down there may drop in and out randomly.) A mesh router network provides great WiFi coverage to the entire house. Sonos: There are three zones for streaming music: 1) the third-floor Great Room; 2) the third-floor Deck; and 3) the Screened-in Porch.
There are lots of beach chairs, some umbrellas, a sunshade, and a backpack cooler for guest use in the garage. The ice maker in the garage makes it a breeze to pack your cooler on the way out to the beach.
Golf Carts and/or bike rentals can be delivered to and from the house. Guests will be provided a code to receive 10% discount on rentals from Shoreline Beach Rentals.
This house is in amazing condition, and has never been offered for rent before being acquired this year. The property is owner-managed. We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and not always great.
