On-Water 20 - Pet Friendly Floating House on Lake Cumberland

Summary:

Check out this Floathouzz right on beautiful Lake Cumberland! Steps away from the lake...The Gray On-Water 20 can sleep the entire family, friends and more! On the main level you have a full kitchen, living room with tv and sleeper sofa, master bedroom with a king bed and master bath, along with the main bathroom. On the lower level you have 2 bedrooms each including 2 queen size beds. The loft is the perfect place for all the kiddos featuring 5 queen beds and a twin bed!



The Space:

You will receive a code to a lockbox that is on the property. The address will take you to a huge parking lot followed by a gate with on site security afterhours to ensure safety and security of our Floathouzz Community. There is a communal bath house if needed along with extra bathrooms and plenty of parking along with boat trailer parking. You can even launch your boat at the dock and park in front of your Floathouzz. For overnight parking we offer one covered slip at no cost.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Floathouzz, the boat ramp, boat parking in front of Floathouzz along with the bathhouse which contains extra bathrooms and showers.



The Neighborhood:

This is a private on water Floating House community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of it's kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

This is a pet friendly unit however you will need to disclose if you're bringing a pet as there is a fee.



No smoking is allowed inside or outside on the patio.



Interaction with Guests:

We have some on site staff in the event you need anything. Security is around at night and can assist with golf cart rides if needed.
