Beautiful views of the lake from the Hot Tub or the pool or just eating off the deck. Secluded wooded lots on both sides. Somerset is less than 5 miles away so you can get all your groceries and beverages to enjoy your stay. The pool opens early in May and closes the end of September

Pool & Hot Tub Maintenance
For your enjoyment and peace of mind, our pool and hot tub are professionally serviced once each week, including cleaning and checking the water chemistry.
Because our pool and hot tub are outdoors, weather, wind, and normal guest use can occasionally result in leaves or other debris between service visits. To help keep everything looking its best, an automatic pool vacuum is provided for guest use.
For the hot tub, we also provide pre-measured sanitizing treatments that guests may use after daily use to help maintain proper water quality between professional service visits.
We ask guests to please follow the provided instructions and help us keep the pool and hot tub clean, fresh, and enjoyable throughout their stay.

Well stocked rental, gorgeous views, in a relaxing setting. Booked this trip for a quick family getaway at the lake and David’s place did not disappoint. Had everything we needed for maximum comfort and minimal stress!

Excellent view of lake. We especially enjoyed the light show as a storm passed.Drive is step and best to stop and take a look the first time before entering. Really had no problem after looking it over and even had 3500 GMC diesel. So much larger than a car.

My family of six spent 3 nights at this delightful house, 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs are very large), well stocked kitchen, comfortable sectional sofa made watching a movie easy. Very much enjoyed the lake view and the pool. Did S'mores in the firepit in spite of 90 temp!! we rented a tritoon at Burnside marina and had a great day on the lake swimming and tubing. Used the grill and took advantage of the deck. Games in the basement and hot tub were enjoyed too. House is large so we had plenty of room to spread out. Clean and nice bathroom towels. Easy communication with David. Highly recommend. I hope we return. We also loved the round dining room table, Made dinners fun!!

Our stay was a perfect getaway for my family to celebrate our mothers birthday. The host was extremely helpful with anything we needed during our stay and the property is extremely beautiful with plenty activities to do. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area or just wants great views of the lake and privacy.

The view was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were nice. Interior is about 20 years old, but it's very peaceful and quiet. Our daughter loved the pool!

I’m sorry you didn’t like the decor but all the appliances are less than 6 months old and the bedroom furniture is less than 3 years old and the upstairs and lower level were paint this winter as well as the tile floors. The rustic cabin feeling is not for everyone But I’m glad you enjoyed your stay.

Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay, driveway is steep but manageable, no lake access. Kitchen was very well stocked, enough room for whole family. Great view of the lake.

Family vacation

The house was wonderful lots of space for a large family.Very clean ,nice pool and hot tub with a deck that overlooks to the lake Cumberland it has a nice spot to park a boat at top of property. I would stay there again nice quiet place very peaceful to enjoy family time

Perfect getaway spot

Thank you for the hospitality and easy and flexible check-in. All worked out well and we enjoyed our stay more then we thought we would. I would recommend the property to all my friends who want a chilled getaway or get-togethers.

Great stay

Our long weekend was perfect! We had everything we needed to make big meals for our 3 familys and there were accommodations for everyone. The lake view is amazing along with all of the outdoor space to keep everyone entertained. We will definitely return next year.
