Historic Center Apartment 205 w/ Shared Panoramic Rooftop Terrace

This apartment is located on the second floor of a restored manor house just 6 blocks from the Cathedral, it stands out for its decor with vintage details like an antique sewing machine and other elements that give it a unique personality.

It accommodates up to 5 guests: a bedroom with two double beds, a living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 6 people, and a desk (an extension cord is available to connect your devices).

The shared panoramic rooftop terrace is probably the best in the building, offering views of the entire city. Many guests mention it as the highlight of their stay. We kindly ask to keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM.

The Smart TV has access to Netflix and YouTube. There is no conventional television signal.

IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER FOR YOUR RESERVATION:
A key point regarding the design: the bedroom does not have a door; it is directly connected to the living room. It is an open loft-style layout that works very well for couples or groups who do not require total privacy between spaces. If complete privacy is important to you, we recommend considering another one of our spaces.

Access requires climbing 70 steps. There is no elevator. The stairs are wide and comfortable, but if you are traveling with very heavy luggage or have reduced mobility, it is important to take this into account.

During hot days, especially in spring and summer, the loft can get warm.

We do not have air conditioning, but we have provided household fans for your comfort.

We do not have parking. Upon confirming your reservation, we will share nearby parking options with you.
