良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This was my first time on VRBO but I have used the other site for over 5 years w/excellent ratings.CONS:-Old building - No fault of the host of the apt-Minimal details on everything. I didn't know where to park & walked the garage. Didn't find the apt on any parking spots so parked outside, which was fine. When I messaged the host, I did not get a reply.-I didn't know where to get into the apt or if I needed to check in w/the office. I walked around trying to figure out what do. I finally walked into a door & walked around until I found the apt #. Still not knowing if I needed to check in to the office. -The indoor Pool has a ton of signs stating you could not swim unless you are a resident. It looked very inviting & I would love to have gone for a swim. -The outdoor rail going up/down the steps looked like it had never been cleaned...this is a bldg mtnc problem not the host.INSIDE THE APT-Initially there was nothing to wash dishes with or wipe hands on-Fan is noisy-Door wouldn't lock. It took a few hours but it got fixed. Housekeeper Stefanie (sweet gal) came to ck the lock and bring a few things to wash dishes with.PRO'SHost allowed Early check inVery clean...Stefanie was wonderfulFixed lock in a reasonable amt of timeGreat water pressureVERY Comfy BedGot lock fixed so I could actually leave the apt the next day.Would I stay again? Now that I have figured it all out & know what to expect from the host, I would stay again.
