We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—they were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It was like a home away from home! Very clean! We were very comfortable there. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware needed. There was an ample supply of linens,TP, soap, etc...Parking was easy as well as entry. Neighborhood was quiet and welcoming.Communication was great! Quick response from the host. Beds were comfotable and plenty of space for family use. I will definitely stay again the next time I visit Kern Valley.

We stayed in this adorable 2-bedroom house for our river rafting trip in Kernville and it was a fantastic base. The place is genuinely cute and comfortable, with everything we needed after a long day on the water. The AC was excellent it got the house nice and cold, which felt amazing when we came back hot and tired from rafting. Lots of parking was another big plus; we never had any trouble fitting multiple vehicles. The house was clean, well-kept, and had a cozy, welcoming feel. Location worked great for getting to the river, and coming home to a cool, comfortable space made the whole trip better. Communication with the host was smooth.Highly recommend this place if you’re heading to Kernville for rafting (or just want a cute, practical 2-bedroom rental with strong AC and plenty of parking). We’d happily stay again!
