The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home! This unique duplex offers both sides of the property, giving your group plenty of space to gather while still enjoying privacy. Each side has a similar layout, with the only difference being the primary bedrooms—one features a king bed, while the other offers a queen.



Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by a comfortable living room with plenty of seating, perfect for board games or a cozy movie night. Just beyond the living area, you’ll find a convenient laundry room and half bath.



Head upstairs to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged, including rooms with two queen beds and TVs, as well as primary bedrooms with TVs and private balconies. Additional bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, making it easy to accommodate your entire group.



Down the hallway, you’ll find a full bathroom complete with a soaking tub, along with fresh towels and essential toiletries to make your stay as comfortable as possible.



Enjoy a spacious backyard perfect for relaxing and gathering with your group. Surrounded by a peaceful, wooded setting, the yard offers beautiful views and a natural atmosphere. There are picnic tables for outdoor dining and a charcoal grill for cookouts, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy time outside.

Guest Access:

Guests will be given a unique code to check themselves in. You will have access to the entire property and won't see us unless you need something!

You’ll be just minutes from the scenic lakes, parks, and outdoor activities that make this area special, including nearby green spaces like East Liberty Park, which features trails, sports fields, and beautiful natural surroundings.



The area is perfect for those who enjoy boating, fishing, or simply taking in the views around the Portage Lakes, a popular local destination for water activities and relaxation.



While tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, you’re still a short drive from shopping, dining, and everyday essentials, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around the Portage Lakes area is by car, with most attractions, dining, and shopping just a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available. For outdoor enjoyment, walking or biking is a great option, especially near the lakes and parks.



Other Things to Note:

Do not park on the grass or turnaround in the grass as there is a septic tank. You will be charged a $500 fee if you drive on the grass.

HOUSE RULES:

NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.

NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.

LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).

PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.

GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.

EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).

Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $30/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.

As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
