1-room studio 25 m2 on 1st floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 130 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Appartement identique au photo même pour la vue, (qui nous a bluffé en rentrant dans le logement.) Logement très pratique a deux pas de la plage et des commerces. Parking pratique. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Équipements à remettre en état

Arrivée à la location décevante. Impossible de mettre nos vélos dans le local prévu. D une part, parce que les propriétaires de la résidence ne voulaient pas, et d autre part, il n'y avait plus de place. Ensuite le mitigeur du lavabo de la salle de bain était cassé. Nous sommes arrivés le samedi après-midi, et le robinet a été réparer le mardi après-midi. La responsable de l agence de Carnac, très sympathique d allieurs, nous a dit qu elle ferait un geste commercial. Et nous n'avons rien eu

Manque d ustensiles de cuisine,pas de balai ni serpillère, le canapé lit est un enfer, il couine beaucoup,mais malgré tout ça on a passé un bon séjour.

Studio bien placé en bord de mer, pas mal amménagé mais manque de ménage. Et un peu bruyant en bord de route. Sinon nous avons passé un bon séjour, c'est vrai que la mer en face, c'est très agréable. Trés bon matelas, mais protège matelas non changé
