Well equipped and well appointed home. It sits right on the fall river. Gated driveway very comfortable with two cars. Front yard. Had a couple fruit trees and a nice lawn. The entry had a mudroom. Well decorated modern amenities and lighting. Bathrooms were clean, up-to-date and well equipped. Large fully equippedkitchen with modern appliances and a chefs gas, stove, top and oven. Large flatscreen TV in the living room, comfortable couch with views of the river. Outdoor deck and yard facing the river with comfortable chairs and a bench swing. William the host, was great with communication and assistance with any issues. The only reason I didn’t give this a five star rating all across the board was the fact that PG&E had a power shut off for our first day and a half stay. And the home did not have a backup generator.
