As a frequent traveler myself, I created this home to offer the kind of stay I always look for—beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. I enjoy hosting and take pride in creating a warm, elevated experience for guests, whether they’re visiting Philadelphia for work, relocation, or leisure. My goal is for guests to feel they are staying in a true home, not just a rental, with the comfort, privacy, and thoughtful details of a boutique stay.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this neighborhood because it offers a rare balance of quiet residential charm and access to some of Philadelphia’s best destinations. Tucked between Old City and Northern Liberties, the area is walkable to historic sites, acclaimed restaurants, waterfront attractions, coffee shops, and local markets, while still feeling peaceful and neighborhood-oriented. I love that guests can experience the energy of the city and then return to a calm, comfortable retreat.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Home stands out for its design, scale, and thoughtful setup for both short and extended stays. It’s a spacious four-story luxury residence with two private primary suites on separate floors, a dedicated home office, designer furnishings, and a rooftop deck with skyline views. It blends boutique-hotel comfort with the privacy of a full home, making it ideal for executives, families, and longer stays. From curated interiors to practical amenities like workspace, in-unit laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen, every detail was designed to feel elevated, functional, and memorable.
