The holiday home Casa Encontrada is located in Almunecar. The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. It has a master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV with a DVD player. A high chair is also available.

Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a barbecue. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden, an outdoor shower and two swimming pools: one open year-round and the other seasonal, available from June 15 to September 15. The seasonal pool includes lifeguard service and is closed on Tuesdays.

Free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

Pets are allowed.

We had a very nice stay; 2 adults and 3 teens. The apartment was well equipped, clean and with a nice outdoor area. The shared swimming pool was excellent. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance; 1.3 km. You get some exercise as the apartment is placed in the hills. Communication with owners was excellent!

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours à la "Casa Encontrada". 2 adultes et 4 adolescents. Appartement très

Pros: Nous avons séjourné 15 jours à la "Casa Encontrada". 2 adultes et 4 adolescents. Appartement très propre et confortable, avec toutes les commodités que l'on peut espérer à un prix à la semaine très raisonnable. Tout le nécessaire disponible pour cuisiner. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Très fonctionnel, avec 6 véritables couchages (2 chambres spacieuses et 1 canapé lit très confortables) 1 grand séjour et 1 belle salle de bain (toujours de l'eau chaude disponible pour se doucher même à 6 personnes). Climatisation et ventilateurs au plafond dans toutes les pièces. Situation de la copropriété idéale, calme, reposante, en hauteur d'où vous dominerez la côte, avec une superbe vue. Grande terrasse avec barbecue pour des apéros sympas. Piscine à débordement à 30 mètres offrant un panorama de rêve (pelouse, transats, et surveillance d'un maître nageur). 500 mètres de la plage la plus proche (véhicule indispensable). Possibilité de garer son véhicule dans la copropriété sans difficulté. Propriétaire très agréable, disponible et pleine de bons conseils pour un séjour réussi. Magnifique région que nous avons visitée jusque Gibraltar. Grand choix d'activités. Grand choix de plage, galets, sable, et criques rocheuses. Centre ville dynamique mais pas saturé. Très bon restos viande, poisson coquillage...... à des prix très raisonnables. Nos vacances ont été une réussite, nous avons déjà prévu de séjourner à nouveau à Almunécar, à la "Casa Encontrada", bien entendu. Merci Marjanne.

Pros: The property was lovely and clean and bigger than it looks on the photos . We are 2 adults and 3 teens. The living accommodation worked well for us with the youngest sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge. The terrace and BBQ were fab and the view was lovely. Had great communication from the owners from beggining to end and the lady showing round was great with good understanding of English. The property is very close to the infinity pool, which is stunning. For Us the down side is, that it is located on a very steep hillside and is not within walking distance to the front or the beach. The town is quiet but pretty with a very Spanish feel. Some lovely restaurants on the beach front. The kids enjoyed the water park in the centre too. We were with a large group of friends in separate villas on the development so we made our own entertainment in the evenings , I would recommend this property for this reason or if you want a very quiet get away from it all type holiday , but be prepared to drive everywhere..

Pros: We had a fine time when we stayed at Casa Encontrada and would recommend it. The property is largely as advertised though it could be added that Casa Encontrada is located on a hillside. This means that there are nice views over the valley from the balcony, but also that there are quite a few steps up and down to the property. We found Casa Encontrada to be clean and well maintained. Marianne and Patrick were really helpful and quick to reply. Unfortunately, the 'Infinity pool' was out of service for much of the time when we stayed so I gave an average rating for the facilities.
