We chose Area 151 for everything it offers the community. It's a new neighborhood just minutes from the most popular shopping and dining area in NW Wichita. It’s about 1 minute from a major hospital, 2 minutes from the YMCA, and close to a fire station. It’s also just a few minutes from Goddard, Colwich, Maize, and several other smaller, highly desirable communities. Not to mention, it's near Tanganika Wildlife, Sedgwick County Zoo, and several major cultural centers. You'll love this area once you experience it.

This home is newly built and uniquely finished to be an elegant, comfortable space that feels like home but without the clutter. It's so new that not all community amenities are fully in place yet. A clubhouse with a swimming pool and other amenities is scheduled to be completed soon. The location is very close to shopping, restaurants, and many other attractions. You'll love it.
