Located in the Calas de Campoamor en Cabo Roig complex, directly south of Cabo Roig on the frontline of the Aguamarina promenade, this 2-bedroom seafront apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 70 m² property has marble flooring throughout and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, AC to the living room, ceiling fans to the bedrooms, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a highchair are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a large east facing terrace with views to the Cabo Roig marina and the sea. This terrace is perfect for breakfast or sit out and enjoy a few cocktails in the evening!

The complex enjoys extensive gardens which include a large, shared pool area, a barbeque area, children’s playground and padel tennis courts. The master bedroom has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. The complex is adjacent to the Cabo Roig commercial strip which has a supermarket, numerous bars and restaurants, and a public health centre. Campoamor Consum supermarket is just a 5-min walk. The huge Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre is 4km away and a bus service is available from the adjacent street to bring you there.

La Caleta is the closest part of the usable coastline, which is directly in front of the complex. Playa Pequeña Cabo Roig beach can be easily accessed on foot (800m). Other beaches and marinas are located nearby. Alicante Airport

is just 50 min away by car (55km). A private underground car parking space is included. Pets and parties are not allowed. Bed linen, beach and pool towels is included in the price. Elevators are available in the building.

possible with prior agreement at an additional cost.

Had everything was there that i needed.The pool was steps away, very clean and has a view of the ocean. There a variety of beautiful beaches. If its a relaxing holiday you want you wont need a car.The local business people are very nice,mostly child friendly.My landlord was great,very very helpful and i cant wait to go back.

Great location and views. Having breakfast on the balcony as the sun was coming up with a sea view was a delight. CVery quiet street but a one minute walk to bars and restaurants. Would recommend Delicantessan San Mari for drinks. A good wine bar and Puccini's offers good food and great value with 2-1 vouchers. Would use again without heitation if we went back to Cabo Roig.

We logeerden weer in een verblijf aangeboden door Andrew, een super vriendelijke man die alles voor je regelt en die als hij het niet kan de nodige mensen aanspreekt. Maar dat wisten we van ons vorige verblijf. Het appartement voldoet aan de verwachtingen al misten we wat zon op het terras 's avonds, maar je kan het gebouw niet draaien naar de zon hé. Dit is zeker een aanrader.

L'appartement est super bien situé : piscine et mer sont à nos pieds, à 5mn à pied du centre ville, et pourtant la résidence est calme. La plage de Cabo Roig est belle, mais prévoir soit 5 mn en voiture ou 15 minutes de marche. Mais la vue depuis la résidence est vraiment superbe, à recommander. Idéal pour se ressourcer.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich absolut korrekt jederzeit erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle. Auch die Aussenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt. Der Ort ist ruhig, für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir kommen wieder!!!!
