For shared use: property (fenced), beautiful garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (20 x 12 m, depth 60 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: property (fenced), garden. Barbecue. Grocery, supermarket 180 m, shopping centre 450 m, restaurant, café 200 m, bus stop "La Zenia" 350 m, railway station "Orihuela" 28 km, sandy beach "Playa La Zenia" 1 km.
