This modern style stone house with private pool is the ideal place for a successful vacation. Relax in the spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee and the bright blue sky of Croatia on the terrace. Refresh yourself in the pool and then sunbathe on one of the many loungers. Would you like to dine together with your family? The permanently installed stone grill offers the possibility to prepare delicious dishes. Plan your day under the shady canopy of the terrace. Do you want to discover the coasts and the beautiful beaches? Not only between Novigrad and Pula, but also in these cities themselves there is a lot to see. Especially those interested in history will find a lot of interesting things.

Since the house is also winterized, you can come over at any time of the year and discover the inland from here as well. Recommended are the nature reserve Cape Kamenjak or the National Park Brijuni. Likewise, the observatory in Visnjan is worth a visit.

What a wonderful holiday we had in this accommodation! Upon arrival we were kindly received by the hostess and host. We received a gift to start our holiday and got all the explanation we needed. The stay itself is luxurious: a beautiful swimming pool, two bathrooms and three toilets, a spacious kitchen and living room, air conditioning on every floor... We lacked absolutely nothing. Everything was very clean. In terms of location, the house itself is somewhat remote. This means that it is very quiet. The garden therefore belongs solely to the tenants and you don't have to share the swimming pool. The only disadvantage is that you always have to take the car, both for a supermarket and a restaurant. But the location is central to all sights in Istria. Pula, Rovinj, Brujuni, Fazana, Novigrad, Porec... We could easily reach all the sights and beautiful cities. We thought the location was perfect: quiet yet central.If we come to Istria again, we will definitely stay here again. Recommended!

Wir hatten die Unterkunft im August für 14 Tage gebucht. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt, als Willkommensgruß gab es Sekt, selbstgemachten Likör und Plätzchen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, der Pool war Klasse! Check in und Check out war unkompliziert, die Besitzerin sehr nett, obendrein bekamen wir bei der Abreise noch eine Flasche Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.
