With a secure garage for your gear, it’s just as ideal in the warmer months as it is in winter.
The lower level is designed for real mountain living, with a spacious entryway for all your boots and layers, plus a private bedroom, full bathroom, and in-unit laundry.
Upstairs on the main floor, the open-concept layout makes it easy to stay connected whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a cozy living area with plenty of seating, and two sunny decks mean you can chase the sun all day long.
The top floor features a generous primary bedroom with ensuite, along with two additional bedrooms—perfect for hosting friends or family. Fresh linens throughout keep everything feeling crisp and comfortable.
Parking for two (including the garage), thoughtful layout across three levels, and all the essentials for a seamless stay.

MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
