Updated in 2026 to include a new Helix luxury mattress with down duvet, new electric stove and many new kitchen and bath amenities. Enjoy sweeping views of the Olympic mountains and Puget Sound from the new West Elm swivel chairs. With the southwest setting facing the full range of Olympics, sunsets are simply incredible here.

Relax and swim in the owner's newly renovated solar heated pool, right at the beach (summer only). Sip a beverage at the firepit, next to an architecturally designed curved roof beach shelter, perfect in any weather. Watch whales, orcas, sea lions, otters, and birds enjoy the perfect natural setting.

Sweeping water and Olympic mountain views from every room. Dine on the deck, or take your meals out to the Adirondack chairs at the waters edge. Walk for miles in either direction on the sugar sand beach at most tides. Right from the cabin, stroll the 3 mile loop south on the beach and up through the S. Whidbey State Park's miles of hiking trails and old growth forests.

Reliable high-speed fiber optic internet with Wi-Fi on all parts of the property. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and all cooking implements. A stereo system with Bluetooth and CDs is provided, or stream your favorite shows on the 32" SmartTV.

There is so much to explore on the island. Go out for the day and come home to your amazing cozy cottage, or stay in all day and unwind, enjoying the beauty and serenity of Whidbey and the Puget Sound, right from your private deck. Look and listen for our resident eagles and osprey (sea hawks). Choose a beach walk and you might see orcas, sea lions or river otters. There are two ways to access the cottage. For beach level parking, an AWD vehicle is recommended, as the road is steep. There is also a parking space provided at the main house level and from there are stone steps down to the cottage level.

While self-check-in is offered, your welcoming hosts have a home on the property and may be in residence, your privacy will be respected.
