Welcome to Avondale Guest House, a spacious four-bedroom home tucked into one of Birmingham’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

Thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, this home offers plenty of room for families, groups, or extended stays—while still feeling warm, relaxed, and inviting.

Main Floor
Step inside to a bright, open layout with the kitchen straight ahead, featuring updated finishes, subway tile, and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home.

The living room is centered around a cozy seating area and a 50-inch smart TV with Roku—perfect for winding down after a day exploring the city.

This level includes three bedrooms:
• A spacious primary suite with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom
• A queen bedroom
• A twin room with two beds

A second full bathroom with a tub and shower combination is located in the hallway.

Basement Level
Downstairs, you’ll find an additional sleeping space with two full beds, along with a futon, desk area, and in-home washer and dryer. This flexible space is ideal for larger groups or those needing a little extra room to spread out.

Outdoor Space

When I’m not hosting, you’ll find me spending time with my family, hanging out with my dogs, experimenting in the kitchen, or unwinding with a good video game. I’m all about the little details and genuinely enjoy helping people have the best stay possible.

Travel plays a big part in my life, too — from honeymooning in Iceland, to exploring Mexico, to visiting family in Orlando and Gulf Shores. I know what it feels like to have an amazing stay, and that’s exactly the experience I aim to deliver to every guest.
