This terrific house is laid out among 3 floors and sleeps 9, featuring 1 king bed on the first floor, 1 queen bed on the ground floor, 1 queen bed on the second floor, and 1 full/ twin bunk bed on the second floor. Guests enjoy three bathrooms, one on each floor.

The private gravel driveway offers parking for up to 3 cars and features an EV charger.

Guests can enjoy dining al fresco on the deck off the kitchen or eating at the cozy kitchen island or at the breakfast nook. Read, stream your favorite shows or movies, or relax in the first floor den or in the ground floor living space. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach! This house has something for everyone and is a comfortable base for all Martha’s Vineyard has to offer!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The property is located on a dead end residential street- close to the hustle and bustle of downtown but not right in the middle of it. We love that you can walk to Edgartown and avoid the hassle of traffic and parking. The beaches (South Beach in Katama and State Beach in Edgartown) are both a short drive or bike ride away.
