Due to the natural setting there are a few things to keep in mind when booking:
The home is accessed via a well-maintained mountain road, typical for the Lake Glenville area. The drive is scenic and part of the mountain experience. Standard vehicles access the property comfortably in normal weather conditions. See more notes under Transit section.
Two storage areas (A/C closet and laundry closet) are reserved for owner use.
Parking available in driveway of property. (At least 3-4 cars depending on the size)
Entire home and property available for your use during your stay. Water equipment stored on lower level. Bikes in garage.
Spacious backyard with fire pit and chairs.
Dock for lakefront fun!

Getting Around
The home is accessed via a well-maintained mountain road, typical for the Lake Glenville area. The drive is scenic and part of the mountain experience. Standard vehicles access the property comfortably in normal weather conditions.
There are no ride-sharing services in the immediate area, so a personal vehicle is recommended.
The nearest airport is Asheville Regional Airport (about 1.5 hours). Charlotte Douglas International Airport is just over 3 hours away.

Pet Policy: House-trained dogs only. Max of 2 dogs. $150 per stay. Not allowed on furniture/beds. Owners must clean up dog waste. Waste baggies are provided. A Doggie-washing station is provided outside for your convenience.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete our pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions. Please note that per our policies, we require you to upload a photo of a government issued photo ID. This will be uploaded in our pre-arrival form.
Check-in time is flexible anytime after 4PM. Early check-in request upon confirmation.
Professionally cleaned and carefully prepared before every guest arrival.
For added security we have exterior cameras. First camera is at the front door and views in front of the home to the road and the second camera is on the roof of the home monitoring the the side and back of the home .
