House was very clean and beautifully decorated. Hot tub was a little dirty. Host was very prompt in communicating. Drive in was rough but they filled in some potholes/rough areas the day we were checking out which made getting out much better.

The cabin was beautiful and the stay was very relaxing and quiet! I love that it’s dog friendly! I do warn you to have a 4x4 vehicle to access the property. I know there will people who will read a review before the property details, so thought this would be a helpful tip Thanks for the awesome and memorable stay!!

The chalet was very nice and clean, however, the road to get to it was terrible it had been washed out by rain water, there were big ruts in the road and it was hard to tell where it actually was. There’s a small lake at the entrance which we had hoped we could fish but the area around the lake was not easily accessible on most sides. In the description it looked like the lake was within walking distance of the chalet but that was not the case. We checked in on Friday evening and everything was great. Then it rained almost the entire rest of the trip. We were only able to get in the hot tub Friday evening due to the rain as the hot tub isn’t covered or easily accessible from the house. There is no where to sit towels, shoes etc and the step is very small and shaky, I was afraid I was going to fall getting in it. There is a nice big basement would’ve been super nice if there was a pool table or game room down there. We loved the porch but parking was a bit of a pain as we had to carry everything up a gravel hill and then navigate poorly designed steps. I would not recommend for older people or anyone needing handicap accessibility.

The house matched the photos. It is a very beautiful house and was very clean upon arrival. The check in process was smooth and almost everything was just as the host listed. They state the road leading to the house is rough, in a suv it’s not bad but I can see it being an issue for a car. Some major cons though; the house is listed as lake front, which is false. The “lake” is a quarter mile down the road and across the street. You cannot see from the house, the photos shown on the listing are from down road, not from the property. Another big con is the house is not a comfy/lounging house. The living room furniture is for show, not lounging and relaxing. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable. Going along with uncomfortable, the master bedroom; although it is very pretty the bed is stiff and extremely hard. Might as well sleep on the floor. These things are disappointing because after hiking all day & wanting to come back and relax it’s nearly impossible to do so with furniture/beds that are like sitting on straight wood.

Place was exactly what we were looking for. Nestled in the woods with a pond walking distance to fish in. Beautiful Grounds. Very clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were updated. Loved the gas stove. My only complaint was Wish you had some baking dishes 13x9 or 8x8. I wanted to make a cake and only had cookie sheets. And we could not get the ceiling fan in the great room to work. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property.

The home was great, very clean, well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable! The location is remote, a bit of a drive to the parks. We definitely recommend a 4-wheel/all-wheel vehicle to navigate entrance and driveway.
