Consider this cottage your home away from home while you visit Dunnellon. This welcoming retreat features three cozy bedrooms, including two queen beds and a twin bed, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy a superb bathroom with a refreshing shower and a handy hair dryer. The space feels quaint and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your next adventure, this cottage offers a peaceful spot to recharge. Experience the magic of Dunnellon at our cottage. Home has been completely remodeled but has retained her charm. You are withing walking distance to the Rainbow River and the Withlacoochee River and many Shops, Antique Stores and Restaurants. This home has a double gate for Boat or RV parking, off Street parking as well as street parking. Yard is completely fenced in, so the kids can play in the yard. Have fun around the backyard firepit while you grill out on the back porch. If you have extra guest the Mermaid room has a queen bed and a pack n Play bed for the baby. Just a bedroom no bathroom but just a few feet from the main house so no need to worry. The front porch has a patio set for some front porch sitting. This area is very peaceful and there is lots to do in the area. There is tubing, kayaking, paddle boarding on the rainbow river as well as airboat tours down the Withlacoochee River. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Swamp's on the Rainbow River or the Blue Gator on the Withlacoochee River as well as many other restaurants around town. For the guest who want to go scalloping your are just a 20-minute ride to Crystal River or 30 minutes to Historic Old Homosassa where there is lots of tour boats just waiting to show you the beauty of Citrus County. You are also 25 minutes from Ocala so you will never be bored. This home has everything you need to feel at home. Dishes, Pots & Pans, silverware, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hair Dryer and also a razor or toothbrush if you forgot yours at home. We have a TV with Wi-Fi, coloring books and games for the kidos and games for the adults too. We can't wait to have you at our home, we feel you will have a good experience. We do have cameras outside but never inside, that is just for security purposes. If you are in search of sweet succulent scallops, you are only 20 minutes away from Crystal River and 25 minutes from Homosassa. Plenty of room for your boat in a fenced in yard makes this property ideal for the divers looking to catch these sweet beauties without all the noise and rat race in areas with lots of party people and congestion while securing your boat or RV away from the chaos. Don't forget that stone crab season is not far away in October so book now to reserve your vacation to stay at the Cottage Between 2 Rivers.
