The property is located in a peaceful, breezy area. Guests have access to two fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, fridge, stove, and oven. One kitchen is outside, next to the pool, with a bathroom featuring a hot shower. The house offers a large table for outdoor dining and a comfortable lounge for relaxing by the pool, which is equipped with sunbeds, loungers, and shaded areas. The villa is surrounded by lush hedges, flowers, and plants, with a spacious lawn available. Inside, the house is comfortable and spacious, especially the common areas like the living room and mezzanine—perfect for relaxing together. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. Next to the kitchen, there is a convenient porch with a table and chairs for enjoying meals. Previous guests have loved the property and the comfort it provides. We are about seven kilometers from the beautiful white beaches, around fifteen from Castiglioncello and the stunning Quercetano area with its gorgeous coastline. Boat trips along the wonderful Etruscan coast can be arranged. I look forward to welcoming you!
