comfortable hotel-style room is a hiker`s dream — come home from the
trails and soak tired muscles in the private jetted tub before settling
in for a family movie night. Two double beds sleep up to 4. Open May
through November.
THE SPACE
Two double beds sleeps up to 4. Private bathroom with jetted tub. Mini
fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Flat screen TV with Disney+, Hulu,
and cable. Keypad entry on building entrance and unit door. Note: hotel
style room — mini fridge and microwave, no full kitchen.
RESORT AMENITIES — ALL INCLUDED
Heated indoor pool open 9am to 9:30pm daily. Hot
tub. Fitness room near pool with treadmill and free weights, open from 9am. Great room with wood-burning fireplace, TV, pool table and foosball.
Outdoor BBQ with screened gazebo. Coin laundry open 9am to 9:30pm daily. Free parking 50 spaces.
THE LOCATION
On the Pemigewasset River. Steps from the Kancamagus Highway — New
England`s best fall foliage drive. Minutes from Franconia Notch, Flume
Gorge, Franconia Ridge Loop, Lost River Gorge, Clark`s Trading Post,
Cannon Mountain, Alpine Adventures, and Whale`s Tail Water Park.
Restaurants within walking distance. Open May through November.

• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

So so happy we booked this room! Before I tell you about the room and the resort, more importantly I want to talk about the owner Rick. In future I will be looking for properties managed by Rick because he was absolutely incredible! Beginning to end communicating with him was absolutely outstanding. Text and emails with exact instructions how to check in, where to go etc very clear and so helpful. We had room 106A which looked out into a woody area. Was really nice cuz no one was really able to see in - see photos and video. There is an absolutely huge jacuzzi tub which was so so great after a day of hiking. Everything else was really nice plenty of room to hang clothes and six dresser drawers as well. Lots of room to put stuff even a little area by the door to put your shoes. The bathroom has a huge mirror and then another little one which is actually a small medicine cabinet where you can put your things. Comfortable beds and pillows and everything was just really nice. The resort itself is lovely we had a great time in the pool and the hot tub there. There is also a 'great room' with lots of comfortable couches and a fireplace to just hang out! Location is incredible literally a 1 minute drive from a movie theater and lots of eateries and shops. You could also walk it in about 10 minutes. Will definitely come here again! Thank you Rick for truly being a one of a kind host!
