We had an amazing stay the place was located perfectly to the beach. The host was amazing and communication. Everything listed came through perfectly would definitely come back again.

Robert was a fantastic host! He replied immediately when I messaged him before & during our stay, and was always helpful and accomodating. The place was adorable and right around the corner from the beach. It was clean, affordable, and easy access to a great little private DE beach area. Broadkill beach is very low key and family friendly. Thanks Robert! ;-) Tracy

Our stay was so nice. It was a quick walk to the beach, chairs and a wagon were provided. The house was very cute and cozy. The outdoor shower was very refreshing. The owner lives next door so it was very convenient especially if we had any questions.

Host was excellent and very prompt with communication. Kitchen was very well equipped, as well as the rest of the property. Additional items, not listed in listing, such as beach chairs and beach umbrella were also available for use. Walk to beach was easy and clear. All the neighbors were very friendly too. Would certainly reserve this property again.
